Unicut Provides 'Perfect Manufacturing Environment' at MACH 2012

At MACH 2012, Unicut Precision will occupy two stands to highlight its ability to provide the 'Perfect Manufacturing Environment' for all subcontract machined component requirements. In the BTMA Pavilion, on stands 5028 and 5129, the Welwyn Garden City manufacturer will be showcasing why it is the benchmark for turned and mill/turn component production.
Unicut has committed to an extensive investment program over recent years and this has noted the subcontract manufacturer with over 20 CNC sliding head turning centres and CNC mill/turn centres, offering capabilities and services beyond the realms of most subcontract businesses. The investment levels at Unicut now enable it to offer a complete service for its customers. The 'complete service' is credit to the company's investment in targeted machining cells with high specification multi-axis machine tools, a fully equipped assembly department and a packaging department. On the two stands at MACH, Unicut will be demonstrating its 'Perfect Manufacturing Environment' by suspending highly complex machined components in a glass tank. The glass tank display will be a reflection of the extremely impressive production facility at Unicut. With impeccable cleanliness of its components and machine shop facility that are a result of investments in component cleaning systems and bespoke swarf and coolant cleaning and re-cycling plant; the Welwyn Garden based machine shop is keen to emphasise how its high levels of quality, cleanliness and productivity are reflected in the 'Perfect Environment' glass tanks at MACH.
The glass tank metaphor for the ISO: 9001 business emphasises the extent of the company's investment and evolution since its appearance at MACH 2010. At the previous MACH show, which was a resounding success for Unicut, the company focused its priorities on 'one hit machining' - a slogan that demonstrated the company’s abilities to machine completed parts on one machine to maintain quality and consistency levels. At Unicut, the company only invests in machine tools with this capability.
