These include metal cutting tools represented by indexable inserts and steel products, PCB drills, wear resistant tools, civil engineering tools, and advanced material tools.

Tungaloy UK is now delighted to announce the launch of its 2011/12 product catalogue. This will be the first new product catalogue available from the company, since the UK subsidiary recently opened its doors for business.

With over 800 pages, the catalogue is fully packed with up-to-the-minute cutting tool products and technical information that will see the leading Japanese cutting tool manufacturer introduce a vast array of tooling innovations to the UK metal cutting industry. The product catalogue will give the UK its first opportunity to witness the extensive product range that encompasses all the new 2011 product launches from the company.

The catalogue will have chapters on specific product ranges that include turning, drilling tools, grooving and parting, threading, milling, solid carbide end mills, tooling systems, CBN and PCD tooling . The latest edition introduces a number of tooling systems and packages that will include the ‘J’ series range for small turning centres as part of its standard product portfolio.

This informative catalogue will give UK customers an opportunity to view indexable inserts that now incorporate Tungaloy's latest PremiumTec coating technology. The revolutionary coating has delivered outstanding results with regard to tool life and productivity.
